INGRIDENTS
[serves two]

2 fresh egg yolks
2 tbs. sugar
40 ml milk
20 ml cold coffee
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Make coffee and allow to cool. Put the two fresh egg yolks together with the sugar and milk in the Drink Master and blend until frothy. Add the cold coffee and mix briefly. Put one scoop of vanilla ice cream in each of two dessert dishes and pour the egg yolk mix over them. If desired, garnish with slivers of chocolate and a slice of carambola (star fruit). Eat with a spoon.
