INGRIDENTS
[serves two]
1 cold espresso (50 ml)
1 small cup milk (80 ml)
1 small cup crushed ice (80 ml)
10 ml maple syrup
1 warm espresso
Make 1 espresso and allow to cool. Blend the cold espresso well with the milk, the crushed ice and the maple syrup. Pour the drink into two long glasses and carefully pour the second espresso on top to form three layers. |
