INGRIDENTS
[serves two]
1 espresso, cold (50 ml)
1 small cup milk (80 ml)
1 small cup crushed ice (80 ml)
30 ml chocolate syrup
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
a few slivers of chocolate
Make espresso and allow to cool. Put a little of the chocolate syrup in two cocktail glasses and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Blend the cold espresso with the milk, crushed ice and the rest of the chocolate syrup in the Drink Master and pour into the glasses. Garnish with slivers of chocolate. Eat with a spoon. |
